Ryan Wexelblatt, Center Director is available for online coaching sessions with parents. During these structured sessions we follow an agenda that we have constructed together. This agenda is flexible based on what you feel needs to take precedence.
Ideally, we address one topic per session. Time permitting, we may be able to address two topics. Follow up sessions, consist of you providing feedback as to what has been successful and what you feel may require some follow up since our last session.
A sample of topics we can address during online sessions include:
-Putting systems and structures in place to help your child improve their executive functioning.
-Helping your child develop their social competency
-Managing problematic behavior
-Putting incentives and parameters around screen usage/video gaming
-Moving your child from being “prompt-dependent” towards greater independence.
You are welcome to take notes during the session and ask questions. Online coaching is your time to use as you see most productive. Because I will be mindful of using your time productively I may direction the conversation as needed.
Please feel free to reach out to discuss what you would like to get out of online sessions. Sessions are typically held during the mornings and early afternoon (eastern time). They may be held on some Sundays as well. Please note that online parent coaching sessions are not therapy and are not eligible for reimbursement by insurance.
Online sessions are 60 minutes. The fee is $120.00 payable by Venmo. Venmo is a free, secure application that allows transfer of payments. Please search for “CenterADHD” and add as a friend once you install Venmo in order to provide payment in advance of your session.
I look forward to working with you,
